You guys might be right, it may be the drivers after all. But shouldn't they work with the drivers straight from the Windows 2000 CD? Something tells me that the irq needs to be changed. Still looking for how it can be done.
Yup, but not in every slot. I'll try that. The only thing the sound is sharing is the USB. I just disabled it and am testing it now. But do you know how to change IRQ's in Standard PC mode? After all, isn't that the point of changing from ACPI? Thanks.

How do you disable ACPI in a KT7-RAID motherboard? Under "Power Management Setup" menu, there's only "S1(POS)" and "S3(STR)" options for the ACPI. Nothing to indicate "on" or "off". Nothing else in other menus says ACPI.
