    sorry i did not reply, it was a success!!! we ordered the ram (Gskill sniper 1600Mhz 1.25v low voltage) and upon putting this ram and all of the parts onto the board, it went off with a success, no BIOS update needed (already updated) and fully operational. Thanks for the help everyone.

    alright here.. i know the Mobo isnt bad.. cause like i said, it booted the cd for the MOBO drivers just fine. and that also tells me that the optical drive is functioning correctly. in the BIOS the Drive shows up, along with the HDD.
