This is my first build and looking at boards for a 2600k , so the DZ68BC will overclock to 4.5ghz and also is a stable board? Where the heck is the documentation on this boards overclocking assistant?

My target is also 4.5 GHZ , I have also read the intel boards are weak when it comes to BIOS features. Would like to hear about the board from the intel guy who mentioned it in a post awhile back. Foxconn boards seem to get awards in price performance as opposed to features.
There are so many good full featured boards , should the DZ68BC be considered an enthusiast board and can it run with the big dogs at the $225 price point? Wonder who actually makes this board for Intel?
I plan to use Gentle Typhoon 120 mm * 25mm , 1850 rpm fans on a build. Scythe's site shows the model # as D1225C12B5AP-15 . Any different old model numbers , variations or copys of the AP-15 I need to watch out for?
