Cinebench R15 Benchmark Thread

4770k@ 4.8ghz -1.325v multi 980Cb single 191cb 4770k@ 4.7ghz - 1.284v, gpu @ stock boost 1097mhz. gpu score 194.86fps, in this screen its 192.51fps with cpu @4.6ghz - 1.234v.

Haswell-E might launch Q2

I think 3GHz 130W TDP is full 8 core (16thread) load. And by the looks of it it won't OC that much either, ok 1 - 1.2Ghz for sure, anything more will be luck:biggrin: btw, 10Core @ 3ghz has 155W TDP. Yeah in this slide, Intel claims 8core HSW-E @ 3GHz will be ~ 55% faster then 4core...

Cinebench R15 Benchmark Thread

Cpu 4.7Ghz 1.284v, cache 4.2Ghz 1.135v, ram oc 2200mhz CL9/1T 4.8Ghz gets single 193cb, had only OC per core that time.. 580gtx replacement and from what I saw this Cinebench15 openGL bench really benefits from Haswell's new extensions

Sandy bridge vs haswell, 30% better clock per clock?

Well in Cinebench15 single threaded benchmark my 4770k @ 4.7ghz, ram 2133mhz acted as 4930k @ 5Ghz 2133mhz quad channel ram, we both got 188cb.

Help me with i7 4770k!

Im Oc'ing through uefi. Yeah that AI suite is kinda so so.. At first I tested fixed voltage to find stability, now at adaptive voltage. Yeah looks like its a good batch. Wished it was even better :D something like 5ghz @ 1.25v Anyway at 4.6ghz ~ 1.234v its up to 63-67C max max, prime95 etc...

Help me with i7 4770k!

Nah dont use those extreme values For example VCCSA up to 0.950v is enough for 3ghz ram, default 0.808v. Digital & Analog IO affect ram and only if you manually OC from idk 2133mhz to 2400mhz+. Im doing this now @ 2400mhz CL10 and use 0.015v+ offset, by both and Vccsa 0.030v+ offset...

You will be able to OC to 4ghz, x39 multi *103mhz btw max 103-104mhz more will cause instability, even 103mhtz could be unstable. Someone said you can go beyond x39 in turbo mode (x41), well that's if you have a Z chipset...

AMD HD8000 Series [Or: Here we go again...]

Why confused, AMD is one steep ahead @ 28nm, that's all there is to it., even if it doesn't look this way. I saw this news about AMD 28nm process ~2-3years ago and its still on track. :) Anyway I hope it owns, because GK110 will be a killer - HyperQ and Dynamic Parallelism look deadly lol

Well yea in reality TSMC failed to deliver, that's why AMD made a mix of GCN and old VLIW. And obviously VLIW prevailed, but still it made a clear diff between 5870... lol Fermi was a tough mofo And yes i do think AMD would have brought this "8000" as 7000 but NV didnt have a chance, so they...

Maybe, but compared to last-gen 40nm high-end a 20-30% boost is nothing, imo not worth high-end price premium. Both GK110 & AMD8970 will have that significant jump compared to 580gtx, AMD6970 and this is how it should have been from the start.. But both companies got greedy and postponed their...

This. Imo both 7970 and GK104 are mid-range, this AMD 8900 and hopefully full NV GK110 chip with HyperQ, Dynamic Parallelsim are those real high-end 28nm gpus.

aye hehe, i stumbled on this 2-3 frames to render ahead fix ^^ Imo it was a issue with dx11 in fullscreen frame buffer, it worked on in windowed mode no matter what frame to render ahead or in dx9 fullscreen. They also fixed CIV5 dx11 crashing.
