I can't update my balance, it kicks me to alltunes which I used until the rest of my balance ran out and now alltunes won't let me refill my balance, just get some error.

I have a speaker set and a T.V. Tuner card that connect into my soundcard. I play BF 2142 and started playing in squads where the squad members can communicate with each other. My soundcard has no more ?in? ports and I bought a USB gaming head set. I would like to communicate with the squad...
I plugged the camcorder in it, but it never seemed to recognize the camcorder, I didn't see where I had to do anything special to activate that Firewire port on my sound card, it seemed to be not working.
