confusion between Asus and Gigabyte?

Hi, I am narrowed down to 1)asus p8z77 m pro 2)Gigabyte z77 mx d3h as gigabyte is much cheaper. My concern is, i want more relible, more feature and future proof. Is is worth spending more for asus. I Am using i7 3770k, with win7 pro64 bit,without any grafix card. Please help me to...

plz suggest me MB On which i can play atleast crysis, call of duty in low resolution with 30fps. Or should i have to buy grafix for that?

hi i want to buy a scanner mostly using to convert old 6X4 inch photographs into Jpeg. But i want highest quality photo scan please suggest good scanner. And what is difference between photo and document scanner? Can document scanner used for photo scanner? Thanx
