Temperatures -- I'm confused...

Yeah, it is the only logical explanation. But the air inside the case and the air coming out of the PSU is definitely a lot hotter than 22 or 25 degrees. I'd say 40-50 degrees would be more correct. I guess what I've learned here is that the temp readings from the sensors on the motherboard...

ASUS KT7 and Global Win FOP38

Assuming you mean ABit KT7, there's no problem. I asked the same question a week ago, and I was told KT7 was one of the few mobos with 6W fan headers. I think the FOP38 needs somewhere between 4 and 5W. Anyway, my fan header survived. But be prepared for some serious noise :)

Sounds to me like your video card gets a little too hot. I have no experience with your card, so I don't know if heat is a common problem, but still. 3DMark2000 might run fine because it takes breaks all the time while loading the next test etc., while other games may be more graphics...

problem with KT7-raid

Had the same problem (more or less). There's a jumper on the board that's used for resetting the CMOS to default settings (I think it disconnects the battery or something). Can't remember excactly where it is, but you should be able to locate it yourself. Solved my problem.

ATI Radeon 32MB DDR or Geforce MX 32MB?

Lots of people here are talking about the Radeon's overclocking potential. I have the 64MB bulk version (clocked at 166/166), and I have clocked it to 200(engine)/190(memory). Works great! And I gain 800-900 points in 3DMark 2k!

KT7 UL103b1 BIOS upgrade

Actually, my power supply is the standard one shipped with the AOpen HX08 case. I think it's 300W. It's not a lot, but it's enough. From what I've read, 300W is what you need when running a T-Bird, but I bought that case in 1998. And it certainly did kick ass back then :)
