Question How is BitLocker enabled by default after clean Win10 install? Broken again.

Have you try to clear the TPM settings, by going into BIOS tick clear in TPM settings (Security > TPM 2.0 Security >clear)

Question System hanging during remote desktop on Windows 10 Pro?

Before making any changes in OS or in any application. you should run the hardware diagnostics test and ensure all the hardware are fine. if you are running Dell computer, boot the computer Press F12 and choose diagnostics. After this test, can help what steps to take to troubleshoot.

I was just given a Laptop!

For Windows10 to perform better SSD drive is better one than any other HDD. You can convert 1TB HDD to external drive for storing data.

Outlooks 2010 - Email content shows Blank

one of the customer who send us the email, that mail content shows blank in the outlook 2010 (64 bit). The same content can be seen by clicking on Actions > view browser, it open in browser and can see the content. Can any one help me how to fix this issue?

Can you remove the display connection, keyboard and mouse, just run with CPU ON, This helps to know that powersupply is doing the reset or reboot.

Old laptop Lenovo T61 - need operating system

It is difficult to get RAM for the laptop and cannot go above 2GB, as there could be two slots. Ubunutu will be best OS for this laptop as this has friendly GUI.

Need help with networking issue

Ping is a tool to check that your were able to reach the destination computer. if you want application to be browse, then you need check DNS is working fine. Client computers should resolve the request via DNS.

Thanks Savatar for the reply. I found that DNS was causing the issue, Here the PAC file loaded with different IP's of different LAN IP's of different office, The reason for this that they can access then intranet sites without sending request to Proxy. I made few changes and it works fine...

[Monitor] Got Dell S2440L Thinking That it's an IPS Display

CPU which brand you own? then you can go with same brand of Monitor. Dell is good in its hardware and customer support, should get replacement for your faulty arrival monitor. Other option will be to look for Lenovo.

Re-installed windows doesn't work

Basically you have over wrote windows files, if the problem with any other software like anvitivirus, virus installed or any application program. I feel better you backup the data do a fresh installation which should opt for format the disks. this shoould be better solution rather then debugging...
