    Grab it on a steam sale then, it regularly goes down to $29. Minutes to respawn is pushing it. The player dropped spawn points increase in time if there is enemy ontop of them. Otherwise it's maybe 30-45 sec max to respawn once you die if you aren't revived by a medic. The timer counts down...

    If you like BF2, but you're okay with no unlocks/ranking I suggest you look in to Squad first and foremost, then Post Scriptum and Hell let Loose. Squad is by far the most Battlefield 2 FPS you'll play now besides BF2

    The banter is just too relevant to today's SJW bs for my taste. Kinda brought me out of the immersion. I haven't played the game since that post, I don't think I'll ever finish it. The writing is just terribad, gameplay is meh, I can't stand the quests, and I don't even like the main character.

    Not so much of a remake as it's more of a game using the same name. It (at least 2015 Battlefront) is a lot different than the original Battlefronts from the 2000s.
