    I dont think ill be upgrading all three at once... It will probably go like this, -Buy a cpu+motherboard or new gpu *wait a few months* -buy the last part to finish things off so um, what should i upgrade first? cpu+motherboard or new gpu?

    yeah, im sure it will... well right now ive got a dual core athlon at 3.5ghz.. one reason i kind of want a faster processor is for some of the games i play that recommend quad core cpu's, and for stuff like a anti virus.     quad core games give me the most trouble, such as gta 4, skyrim, and saints row the third. those games all run at around 25-45fps on around medium settings. and even some old games such as gtasa, on the multiplayer mod multi theft auto (MTASA).. whenever shadows are on or a ton of smoke...

    yeah, i did do a few benchmarks for the gpu and cpu but it was to see the heat. gpu runs at like 50c or so and cpu runs at around 40c. also, i noticed as i was playing gta 4 if i set the resolution down to like 800x600 or 1280x720 i lose fps. (about 5-10fps..)

    the games i have problems with the most are the quad core games, which tend to stutter at around 25-45fps. But the dual core games they tend to stutter at high fps like 60+, thats what ive noticed.. i dont really have a problem gaming at around this fps its just i wish i could get a little...

    the resolution thing really doesnt make that much sense, because even at a lower resolution there is no fps change, its the exact same... and can i even overclock it? ive got a locked HP motherboard and also i dont know how to overclock safely. Ive never overclocked before.
