Am I the only one who despises talent trees?

Most Frustrating games ever

On the computer... and non-platformers (they can be really tough depending on the person) I'd say ADOM and angband... didnt get much into nethack but it could be in the running too. EDIT: and pretty much any early dungeon crawl that required graph paper and had a timed light supply... tedious...

FF XIV ONLINE - Anyone playing?

Did they plan on putting skill chains in? I thought that died with ffxi... as it stood a couple months before it went pay again the combat system was in no condition to have skill chains added just based on the fact that the log, graphics, and input were all out of sync with each other... and...

HHave we passed the golden age of PC gaming?

I was afraid of the same thing after DirectX and the demise of MicroProse... Games just got a lot cheaper and easier to write, so we were flooded by nice looking 3d POSs and the Sid Meiers got harder to find amid a flood of games... Now its just so much cheaper and easier to produce clones of...

EA in the showdown for worst company in america

What is the best video game fantasy world?

The problem is that most of these fantasy worlds aren't just computer game fantasy settings, most of the good ones are almost solely fleshed out by books, not the games... Planescape is an awesome campaign setting, but as awesome as Torment was it didn't do it justice... NWN, BG...
