I wouldn't suggest getting something that is quite ancient. I suggest getting the 1155 cpu and mobo.
CPU: i7 2600 if you do photo editing or autocad and stuff
i5 2500 will do justice also
GPU: Decent GPU around 130 would be more than good enough
PSU: 650w Corsair (my preference) just...
I suggest getting yourself some new thermal paste and get a aftermarket CPU cooler and also make sure you have sufficient space in your case so that everything is cooled properly. It makes a drastic difference if you have a big case compared to a small case.
If you are solely using the SSD as a storage device then that is simply stupid (not trolling), but if you are using it to run programs then that would be extremely beneficial for you. Buy a F3 for storage, its great and reliable.
Please don't spend so much on a USB cable. That's just pathetic. Monoprice's product might be cheap, but don't be fooled about their quality, it's actually not bad.
CPU: i3-2120 or i3-2100
GPU: GTX 460
PSU: 750w Corsair TX
All Other: ??
I built my system for under $600 and it plays everything from GTA IV at medium settings to Battlefield 3 at medium settings. These are core intensive as well as GPU intensive games and my system plays it without any hitch.
