I can name a handful of guys right now that got out on less bail than Z and ultimately wound up serving football jersey numbers in jail. So far he looks like he's in good shape in Florida.

That could go either way. I know of a guy that had a 9mm round lodged in his skull and walked away from the incident like nothing happened...only to die a couple years later from pneumonia. Seen smaller rounds take dudes out. idk
Yes it is possible to die instantly. I base that off of multiple tours in bad places under three different presidents. It is also possible not to however.

For instance they never pulled T's phone records or bothered to check on the girlfriend's call. It would be some shit if T had the whole incident recorded on his cell...phone or audio and that info just had not leaked to the public yet.
The reason why a lot of people assumed the worst is because there was no investigation at all. They did not even do a background check on Zman until later..no toxicology test. Basic shit. I submit to you that if I shot a dog in my back yard today..there'd be more of an investigation than...
