I have a site-to-site VPN setup. I also have a Win2K3 box at site A. Everybody uses this box, however at site B, everybody can log on to the domain yet they cannot apply group policies. Any reason why this is so? I have tried every suggestion so far. These include changing the slow-link...
It's a propriety software written to control a robotics. I think it is bad code though, because I have done everything you guys suggested and it doesn't work. However whenever I tell it to run in Windows 98 or Windows 2000 compatibility mode, it works. I really think it is bad code.
I have a piece of software that seems to only run when an administor is running it. We have changed to rights to allow everyone to run it and still does this. Any reason why?
Ok I will try mapping drives to see if that works. The strangest thing is that I was able to browse the network for a brief time. Went to my bed, woke up and was not able to browse the network. Strange.
I have been able to successfully configure a VPN at my office using a D-Link DI-808HV Router/VPN. I have connected and was once able to browse the LAN at the office. Now I have lost that capability. Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Why is that when I am transferring large files over my wireless network to my laptop, my laptop periodically loses signal strength and disconnects from the network?
Is it possible that a 2.4 GHz cordless phone will interfere with my network so much that it causes the router not to transmit? Basically shutting down the WLAN until i reset the router.
I am having the exact same problem with my wireless config. For now I have to disable SSID broadcast and run my system open. Hope somebody finds a solution real quick.

I have Windows 98 SE installed on an Intel P3 500 rig. All of a sudden, I cant get regedit or msconfig to run, and I have tried doing it under Safe Mode.
Does anybody know what could be going on?
When I decide to put another stick in my rig, WinXP gives some error about hardware changed, dumps a whole bunch of garbage and then shutsdown. What could be causing this? And how do I get around it? If I need to reactivate Windows, where do I go if it doesn't even want to boot?
From work I can log on to epinions.com. When I try at home, it won't load. I want to know what could possibly cause it. I am using both IE6.0 at work and at home.
