    Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe temperature is the ultimate indicator of how far you can push an overclock via voltage increase. So if you're at 1.3V with 50 degrees under full load, then that would be considered very safe despite the higher relative voltage.

    You really think I should give it a go? If my card can't break 1080 at 1.2V I don't think 1.25V would help, not to mention it gets pretty risky. Update: Volted at 1.25V, I got up to 1180 clock speed, max temp was 64 degrees.

    I probably received one of the worst overclockers. I can only get to 1080 core before I start artifacting in benchmarks. I've raised voltage all the way to 1.200 and it still doesn't help.

    The fact that GTX 660 Ti won't be out until another 6 months would seem to corroborate their yield and design issues. Early reports said they were supposed to release around this time. Another 6 months seems like a long time for "just" waiting on TSMC.
