Latest Guild Wars 2 GPU Performance Data

Anyone get a chance to test the 306.02 drivers in Guild Wars 2? I'll be upgrading the drivers tonight to see if there is any difference. I'm also thinking about overclocking my 670 to improve the minimum frames I'm getting.

How loud are the fans on stock 670 cards?

To me the most sensible thing to do is to to buy high to enjoy maximum settings currently with the idea that the card will continue to allow you to play High/Max settings for two to three years later. Obviously some people budget differently given the amount of money they have to burn as well...

Newegg and Amazon OOS on any GTX 670's yet?

Gigabyte has the custom cooler that should be much better for temperatures and less in terms of fan noise. That is what pretty much sold it for me. The fact that it was at MSRP was just a bonus.

Base frequency is showing 980 mhz which is still good. Boost starts at 1000+. I see nothing that would stop a higher clock. I tend to avoid overclocking at the start, given it will play anything I want at good fps. Once it ages a year or two is when I start the OC'ing.

What times do vendors normally show availability? I am highly likely to purchase one the 10th assuming I am not stuck with the choice of a reference design. I've recently gone for the silent approach with all of my case fans, and it sure is peaceful.
