Need a gamepad for pc!

Get the Xbox 360 controller...WAY better and most games use it as their default controller anyway as far as layout goes. You cannot go wrong with it and the usb connection is already fairly long but of course you can use an extension if you need a bit more length (don't we all, lol).

How loud are the fans on stock 670 cards?

Msi 670

OPEN Box GTX670 from Fry's

Were you at the Frys in Oxnard, Ca? If yes it was my return. Nothing at all wrong with the card just didnt like the sound of the idle fan compared to my 7970 especially when the performance difference was negligible. It was kind of a spur of the moment purchase so that I could save a few bucks...
