battery life should be better than current product
if they could match intel's that would be good thing
pricing shouldn't be far off from current position (sit between i3 and i5)
will they have product release that coincide with Windows 10 ?
i dont see how following Intel or Nvidia way into compute will provide any benefit at all
intel heteregenous model is pretty much same like HSA, only AMD take it further by adding HSAIL while intel stick to openCL
Nvidia compute means CUDA, which is off limit to anyone
it's not from ubuntu
flash support in linux is bad
and the way firefox handle thread is even more problem
official release of flash in linux is 11.2
which is far from windows version
using pepperflash give newer version though
but performance is still lacking, flash can easily lock FF
better...
i was replying to NTMBK comment
personally i dont see any reason for MS to subsidized x86 more than RT
since for MS as long as it windows, they would make money
the IP shouldn't be a problem
to ping you should check the gateway ip from the desktop lan status tab
you should be able to ping that IP
my guess it 192.168.137.1
but usually you also should be able to ping the WIFI ip address too
unless there's firewall rules that block it
as for credentials...
there's lenovo actually
http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-z-series-laptops/lenovo-z40-75/documents/PD100022?tabName=ProductParts
but not sure if it already in store yet
faulty heatpipe can also cause this
my old acer has this issue, the heat is not transferred to the other side
check the air coming from the vent is it hot ?
like i said earlier, it chicken and egg situation
a great hardware without proper software support would not sell
secondly from the press release the demo will be done on HP moonshot platform
for the business model, we can only wait and see what happens next
fyi intel also has their own server...
