Is it even possible to upgrade this?

Any gpu above say a 950 is gonna be massively bottlenecked so I'd shoot for that or a used 760 or something like that. Thankfully the 768p monitor will require much less chops than a 1080p so he probably will be able to play pretty much anything at medium-high settings fine. As for cpu, there...

Am I the Only One Getting Sick of Open World Games?

Most games don't do it right. It's A. tower to unlock specks on map B. racing side quests that are all the same C. Useless collectibles. For every one great open world game like witcer 3, theres a dozen mad max's and assassin creeds

Ubisoft lying?

the graphics they have in trailers vs the graphics in the actual game is pretty comparable to auto-tune album vs meh live. I can't remember the last ubi game I bought for sub 30$, so over with the big pubs.

Why do Desktop computers have a "Reset" button, but Laptops don't?

it seems odd that they would leave it out, but I imagine the justification is there's less strain of the components from booting a laptop vs a desktop (due to lower amount of power usage) so manufactures figured it'd be good just to leave a power button and have the user flip it on and off...
