i got in on the $20/month promotion back in november and realized in january that i was being charged the full $45.95. at&t claims there was no such promotion and won't give my money back. anyone have any proof (ie. email or mailer) showing the promotion? anything would be much appreciated...

not only is mine "crooked" but i can't get the antenna to go back in half the time. i have to try it several times for it to stay in. anyone else having these problems?

Using Etak Skymap with Microsoft Streets

hi, does anyone know how to get the Etak Skymap gps receiver working with Microsoft Streets and Trips 2001? i am running windows 2000 so i can't use the software etak provided. any help is greatly appreciated.

windows 2k thumbnails

In Windows Explorer, I am trying to view my pictures as thumbnails. I have the folder set for thumbnails, but it is showing up as a thumbnail of a jpg icon. Any ideas on how I can back so it actually shows the picture? Thanks for the help!
