Google OKs shopping at Newegg

Hey--the badge is gone! I guess others must have complained loudly too. I sent several emails. I have no problem with Google's idea of protecting shoppers, but I can't tolerate any company putting an icon in my browser screen that can't be closed.

Just to be clear, I'm completely annoyed with the badge. I should be able to close it if I choose. I'm equally annoyed with Newegg for thinking that they need Google's stamp of approval. I've gone from being a long time fan of Google to being disgusted with it. Down with Google!

Sorry, but no, I meant 2560x1600. I spent several years with a 17" notebook with 1920x1200 and would very much like something similar in a desktop monitor. I prefer 16:10 but would be happy with any widescreen monitor at 1200p or greater.

Yes. I couldn't agree more. But how many monitors need to be sold for someone to make a profit on them. Does it come down to LG or Samsung not making the panel for some reason? Do the other electronics in the device keep all these specs from coming together? Do the manufactures already know...

Would you buy a premium monitor with the above specs? I'm thinking there would be a market for this. What spec would you change? Also, I think many monitors that try to go in this direction but not fully there just don't understand the people who would spend the money on a premium monitor...

GTX 670 in PCIe 1.0

I just don't know a thing about amperage or rails. Can I deduce this from knowing that the 8800 GTX (G80, with 2 6pin connectors) was an option when purchasing new from Dell?
