Even with a load it still just says 1.3250....
In hardware monitor its like 0.5 volts lower than what I set it at... So I set it to 1.5 and HWMonitor says its 1.45
So I guess thats the drop.
I spent a little more than you because I bought everything separate. I also have an Intake fan on the front, side, and an exhause fan on the top. I have the H80 radiator mounted on the back with 2 fans exhaust push and pull config.
Idk. I had a Cooler Master TX3 and it would keep my temps at...

Well I overclock to 4.5ghz and the temps don't even go over 45 on load...
So I know its not temp related. I raise the volts and it still crashes. I raised it to 1.6 volts and it still crashes.
I think it could be my memory timings but I don't want to mess with those because I don't want to...
Get a Corsair H80.... I have the same exact case as you and I have a FX-6100
Overclocked at 4.5ghz and on full CPU load it grazes 45 celius MAX!
