So after much debate, I went back on my previous thoughts on avoiding a GTX 660 TI, and getting a 7950. Instead, I got a good deal @ my job (Micro Center) and got a EVGA GeForce GTX 660 Ti w/ a 3 year replacement plan. Totaled out with tax to be $333. I am very impressed with my purchase. Crysis...
Thanks for friendly help guys. I've been keeping my eye out for a good priced HD 7950. Apparently the new "Boost Clock" is just a BIOS update from AMD that can be applied to any 7950. Good to know.

Thanks man. I'm pretty much ruling the GTX 660 TI out. The only thing really stopping me from switching to AMD are the reports that they're drivers are terrible. What have you noticed from your experience?

True. I'm not sure about getting one used online from a forum. I've never done that. Seems a little risky. I get pretty decent discounts from my job at Micro Center. I'll have to check what I get off a GTX 670 or 7950.
