My fully unlocked fury didn't gain anything from overclocking the memory which makes sense because the OpenCL kernel is quite poorly written (low amount of wavefronts, lack of various small optimizations and a pretty terrible outer loop) and I'm suprised no one has bothered optimizing it yet...

Yes this and running virtual machines are the two primary reasons to get more than 16gb of RAM. On my system with 32gb of RAM I'm currently using 8gb (no VMs running) and task manager is reporting 18.1gb of cached data and about 6gb actually free memory. I have virtual memory completely...

Interestingly enough it looks like project quantum uses a custom ~ITX sized motherboard, take a look at the oddly placed power connector next to the network interface, and it also looks like an Intel CPU to me :D

Need help with 4k IPS monitor choice

I am able to use an 11" 1080p screen too but I'm unable to use my 4k 28" AOC u2868pqu without DPI scaling, the two things aren't really comparable since you don't sit as close to the screen as you do with a laptop. Windows DPI scaling is really terrible, ESPECIALLY with multiple monitors. Hell...
