Backup of bios file does not match?

My MB is a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H, bios version is the factory default F3 (never had a reason to update it). As the board has DuelBIOS - F3 is on both chips I did a backup of the Main and Backup bios, assuming both would match (CRC), but they didn't match m_bios CRC 5A7FEE39 b_bios CRC...

Get your MS Win8.1 refresh ISOs - updated in Dec.

Did a fresh install a few weeks back, used my Win 8 upgrade key, on a fresh formatted SSD (Did a secure erase). No problems using the key , and activated windows ,without the need to change MediaBootInstall in the registry.

How long could an SSD for read only purposes last?

On the points raised in this thread, regarding SSDs being unpowered for a long time may cause corruption Does this apply to other types of memory, SD cards, Memory sticks, tablets etc. or only SSDs ?

Odd mouse problem with a Z87X board

Have the same board, bios f3 and a razer abyssus mouse. Win8 Have no mouse problems when using the pc, where it has been completly powered off (switched off at wall socket)
