Just be very carefull!!
Dont put on the Heatsink while your mainboard is in the case, get it out put on cpu, put on heatsink and then build the mainboard in your case
And do not use Thermaltake HSF combo's. They are real AMD killah's :(

I've got mine idle on 50 degrees celsius and when gaming 53-54 degrees celsius.
these are average temperatures.
your's is low as hell :)
i'm running a Duron 700@850 (1.7V)
Temperature idle 34 Celsius stressed 39 celsius :D
The only problem i have is that my PSU isn't powerfull enough to go any higher
BUT when i get my 300 Watt PSU i'm sure that'll be able to hit the 1Ghz

I think that indeed upgrading to a celeron with higher speeds is by far the cheapest choice but looking to the future, although more expensive, the duron pathway is the best, since one could always upgrade to the AMD thunderbird family. (E.G. replacing you're duron in a year, year and a half...
