I'm in the same boat as you. I have the money to buy 980 ti at this point (Fury X is not available here yet) but considering that i have only a 1080p@60hz display, i think a lot of the card potential would be wasted. What do you guys would do? I plan to ugprade my display in some time to 1440p...

Wasteland 2 is looking more awesome by the update

Got some nice time with Wasteland 2 but in regards to weapon balance, it sucked a bit. No changes have been made balance-wise to weapons. BTW: Dat Gamma Ray gun is so much fun =)

7950 custom bios

I modded it on my Asus 7950 DCUII without any issues at all. Just remember to keep the original bios around if something would have gone wrong. It runs a happy 1150 core without Boost right now. Helped me a lot when playing ENB enhanced games (Skyrim. F:NV. GTAIV etc) due to ENB conflicting...

Best $250 Max GPU for Gaming?

+1 for 7950, it's a great card. Just let it flow with some decent overclock and you will be fine.
