I have the Olympus C-4000 and it takes beautiful pictures. It's ability to take night or low-light
pic's is awsome. But it's a little more priceier probably than what your looking for. I paid $326.00,
not including taxes and S&H. Great deal! Selling for $399.00 now at the same place I bought...
I don't know if I'll be of any help to you but I have a Logitech cordless keyboard.
It performs fine. I don't have no problems with it. From my experience with useing
it I would recommend Logitech. I don't have the black keyboard but I've been
wanting to get it seeing that my case is black.
I got the Olympia C-4000. I love it. Takes beautiful pic's. Excellent in low-light shooting.
Hard time deciding between this and the FujiFinepix 3800 which has a 6x optical zoom.
But It's only 3.2MP and the C-4000 is 4.0MP. Guess it's all in what you want.
You should be fine using a 330W PS. I'm using an Antec 350W PS with my 8RDA+. The board minimum is 250W but
in the manual they recommend at least 300W.
Here's my opinion..........I just got a Hitachi Deskstar 180GXP 60GB 7200RPMS
and so far so good. Very quiet, although I have 4 fan's running in my tower.
And it's very fast. I also have a Maxtor 40GB but I like the Deskstar better.
Good luck eLinux with the Samsung if that's the one you choose. I think based upon
all the reviews I've read and good thing's people have said, I'm going to go with the
Lite-On. Everyone seems to like their's.
Anyone know where I can get a black Lite-On 40x to 48x? ? I've seen a few but they...
I've got a Sony Spressa CDR-CDRW that I've had for about 3 years and never
have I had one problem with it. Burns great still to this day. Only thing is it's
only 8x so I'm wanting to up-grade. I've been trying to decide between these
three brand's myself.
I looked in post's but didn't see this anywhere. I am haveing problems connecting to
the internet using the Ethernet port on my board. I've gone to newtwork connection
and it say's enabled but I'm unable to get on-line. I have a netgear 10/100 card that
I installed and have no problem with...
I just got a 180GXP 60GB. First Deskstar I've own'd so I don't have any
input as far as negative or positive. But it is very fast and pretty quiet.
I can't hear it over the noise of my fan's at all. I hope they have the problems
worked out with these drives. But so far, so good.
I just installed pc-cillin that I got with the software that came with my board.
I believe once you register it's free for a year. After that I'm not sure of the cost.
I just order'd the 180GXP 60GB. I hope I don't have problem's with it. Reading
what you guy's are saying, this might be a little scarey. But I also heard that the 180GXP's
are really good. Guess I'll find out.
I just order'd this board tonight. It uses up to PC3200.
3 DDR SDRAM slots (3Gb max), supports PC1600/2100/2700/3200
Bought mine at tcwo.com You can go here
for more specs.
I just order'd the Epox 8RDA+. I built my first computer useing a Epox 8KTA+ board a little over 2 years ago
and haven't had one problem with it. So I'm staying with Epox. I've heard and read alot about the 8RDA+ and I can't wait to get it.
I just order'd the Olympus C-4000. Paid $342.00 + $14.95 S&H here I'm very excited and can't wait to get it. It's gotten great reviews just about everywhere I've researched it.
I have an Antec SX1030B. Awsome case. You dudes that have orderd it and still waiting on it are giong to love it. Especially if you got the black. Look's sweeeeeeeeeeet!
And the color of the drives makes no difference. Like Maverick319 said, keep your door shut if you don't like it. You can't...
I took some artic silver and put a thin even coat on the core using a toothpick. I have an AMD 750 with a stock heatsink and fan. As of right now it's running at 32c.
Neos: Don't cover the whole processor with it. Just your core. Good luck dude.
I have the SX 1030B and love it. Highly recommend it. Only thing is...Now I need a black monitor, keyboard, mouse, scanner, printer, etc... Well at least my 3com web cam matches it. (It's black.)
I have the epox 8kta+ and haven't had one problem with it. Keep in mind however I have not overclock'ed yet. But it run's very stable. I have a Duron 750 and my temp is 33 degrees with stock HSF. It's a quality board. I don't think you would be makeing a bad move by buying this board. I'm very...
Congrat's spencer...Good luck with it all...I think your going to love the board...Especially for the amount of performance you get for the money. It's a quality board.
Enjoy...
I have a Duron 750 with a stock HSF running at 32 degrees. I have 2 fans in front and 2 in back. The highest my temp has been so far is 33 degrees so this set-up seems to be doing a pretty good job.

1 vote for the epox 8kta+ here. Just got mine up and running 2 day's ago and couldn't be happier. I haven't had one problem with it so far. A very user friendly board. Has the dip switches for easy oc'ing. And a great price. Got mine at bunta.com for $102.00. With s&h...$114.83. Shipping's...
I debated a long time between the asus, abit, and epox boards. Finally decided on the epox 8kta+. Just got it up and running with absolutly no problems. Everything is running very stable so far. I have a duron 750 with stock HS/f. (until I overclock)
This is my first computer that I've built...
Phuz...You can go to tcwo.com They have the Duron 600/650/700/750/800mhz. At least that's what they are showing.
Dark 4ng 3l...I've read and heard alot that they all pretty much oc the same. I'm just trying to figure out which one I want to get. I'm not to concern'd with oc'ing right away. But...
I was wondering if anyone has an opinion as far as what Duron is the best to get for overclocking and value. Oc'ing is'nt a necessaty for now but probably sometime in the future. That's why I'm kind of leaning toward's the 800mhz. I can still have some speed without oc'ing. Untill I decide to at...
Hey Topher, You can go to athlonmb.com for a review on the 8KTA+. Also Bunta.com has the 8KTA+ for $102.00, in-stock. I'm not sure what shipping cost's.
Hard to beat for the price. I think I'm going to get one.
Just signed up for both. Thank's for the posting's docinthebox and the link's souka.
Didn't really want to sign up for the kit on netcity but I'll check it out and see what it's all about. Simple to sign up and get a free shirt so what the heck.
For a review on this board and to see how it rank's with the KT7 and the KA7, go here to athlonmb.com They rank it a 8.5 out of a possible 10. Has dip switches, 6 pci/1 agp/1 isa, 3>168 pin pc100/pc133 SDRAM slot's. KT-133 chipset.
