Actually it does all that. I am using this program exactly for that purpose (and tagging of course).
Load all your files and use the "Tag - Filename" function. You could set the following format string:
D:\Music\%artist%\%year% - %album%\%track% - %title%Just make sure all your tags are correct.
I'd try disabling all addons and see if this fixes it.
Also you could download a portable version of Palemoon and check if pages are shown properly by default or not.
You can also go to "about:config" in Palemoon and set "browser.zoom.siteSpecific" to "false" and select a zoom level that fits...
I'm using Palemoon x64 and I love it. What I dig the most is the ability to switch between output devices (e.g. speakers / headphones) "on the fly" when watching streams, meaning you don't have to reload streams / videos to do so.
I guess it's more an issue of Adobe Flash Player 32Bit though...

Only problem I've found so far is that when you click on a youtube video - after that it stops scrolling smoothly.
I know they changed the search function to group Files, Settings and stuff together. But now when I hit the win-key and start typing "firewall" (e.g. looking for the Windows Firewall Settings) nothing shows up.

Yes it does. Right-click on taskbar and then "Navigation". You can also disable HotCorners and set your desktop wallpaper as metro screen background.

I always used FF but just switched to Chrome. It is definitely faster and the built-in Flash plugin crashes way less than the FF plugin. Also you can change the audio-output device on-the-fly. In FF you always have to reload every page which is currently viewing Flash content to apply...
