I am not even sure the old PSU is faulty or not, but the old motherboard is fried, and I replaced both with a second hand motherboard and a brand new PSU, but I still sometime have/had those popping up warning messages saying -19c motherboard, 20v +12v, 0v of +5v etc.

Thank you, I meant to have an update on this thread few days ago anyway. The answer is NO. Since the motherboard is fried (I spend about 15 dollar asked someone come to door use his mobile power supply to tested it, and he asked for 150 dollar to find a less function LGA1155 second hand...

Question Stuck on this screen without a functioning keyboard/mouse

I have the same problem, and I replaced one with Cr2025, it fits sizewise, but didnt solve the problem, may be i should try one with CR2032?

PC shut down need differential diagnosis?

Thanks for your help. It turns out the power supply cable head is half broken, I swapped it with my ps3 power cable, it works fine now, all I need is to get a replacement. Thank you for reminding me to replug everything :D

B grade graphic cards?

according to the site, B grade stocks are fully functioning, with full 90 day warranty, but may have missing accessories and do not include any game vouchers or other promotional items. But the reason they labeled it as B is unsure. Second hand, returned, without accessories, open box etc i guess

Ye, I don't know what I am talking about either :D, but I did check the CPU support list from ASUS site, and it does work with I5 3570K and i7-3770K. I guess, eventually, asus will update the Bios file to support Ivy bridge. Again, I have no ideal what I am talking about :D

Thank you, you too. The thing is every thing in the U.S.A. seems 1/3 cheaper than that in the U.K. And we don't have neweggs here. :\ Hopefully, there will be some big sales after Christmas.

Sorry, I am confused. Are you saying you prefer to add a sound card on your PC motherboard? Or are you saying adding a sound card makes no difference? :confused:

thank you all. But since my speakers are not mid-high end, and I am getting a new motherboard Asus p8z77-v lk. So the necessity to have a sound card or not is more of my concern at the moment. Have a sound card on board, would it really make that much difference?

Hello all I am not sure I should post here or not. Anyway, I am wondering, is there any point to get a sound card if I only have Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers? If yes, any recommendations? Not necessarily be a very expensive high end one, 20, 30£ would do. Thank you.:rolleyes:
