any ideas for a good, home theatre setup?

I dont want to spend over $700.00 if I can help it. i found the one below and was wondering if anyone knew anything about home theatre packages. KENWOOD HTB-503DV Home Theater System with DVD - $679.00 no flames please if you dont know then just skip over this thread.:)

I have an old goldstar laptop (386) and I need a power supply for it. Will a universal adapter work? where can I get a power cord? the laptop worked fine but the cord is missing and the battery is dead.

Anybody tried the cell phone "internal antenna" as seen on TV?

they did a test with it on "fresh gear" and said that they had no improvment what so ever and gave it zero stars.

Why do people try to force THEIR religion on you?

its because the dont realize the best way to show someone the truth or what you think is right or wrong is by example. If most of those 'pushy people practiced what they "pushed" they would find that "witnessing to others is a whole lot easier and better acepted by most...

104 year old woman grows new teeth!

my uncle went to the dentist for the forst time when he was in his forties (now in his sixties) his teeth were rotten, and he wanted dentures, when they took xrays they found he had an extra set of teeth. they grew in and he has a full set of nice teeth. so he says... they look real to me.

Favorite cut of steak?

fillet is the most tender but doesnt have the most flavor. ribeye has a lot of flavor but yes does have some fat, but that is what adds flavor, its hard to judge if a ribeye is going to be fatty until you cut it into steaks. Most of the places i worked were cut to order so if you were a good...
