Why am I getting intermittent lock-ups?

Help with new Radeon 9000

Do they need a Bios Update? How old is the Mainboard? The easiest thing to do would be to take the card back if that is an option and see if a different card reacts the same way. If not then BINGO! If it does react the same way then possibly upgrade the BIOS if necessary. I am not too...

Hardrive upgrade nightmare

One other to consider; In older BIOS's, the faster of two HD's needed to be the boot drive. In general, the larger HD is probably going to be the "faster" of the two drives. Don't know why this is, was only told this by a Hard Drive Tech support person many moons ago.

USB port/hub problem....i need ideas!

When I installed my Belkin USB hub, I had to re-install my camera software. For some reason, when I installed the hub, the software would open up(not automaticall albeit) but not recognize the camera. As soon as I re-installed the software, everything worked hunky dorey.

Did I burnup my processor??

I had an AMD200 that did the same thing after a year ofservice. I replaced the CPU and the problem went away. I had to assume (and you know what they say about assume) that it was the processor at that point. Interesting that we had similiar experiences with identical brand yet different core CPU.
