I think so, but Windows are currently running from the Raid volume. Maybe I can boot Windows from another disk, and create the raid array from Windows. Worth a try...

CSM has two settings, Always and Never. But even if I set it to Never, it returns to "Always" after every reboot. Could it be the graphics card isn't compatible with the UEFI bios?

Well Gigabyte boards have dual bios, so in theory if one gets bricked, then it will boot from the other one. That said, the SataDriver file you have modded has a different GUID, so my bios will probable get bricked...

I'm not sure I understand. Windows 8 has a 100MB EFI partition. Dufu's tool returns 2822, 1C06. However, IRST says I'm using option rom 11.6.0.1702 (modded). And this is the bios I use:
