My Tbird is going Crazy!?

I have since removed the thermal pad and have just thermal grease. The processor runs at about 45C which is too hot at idle. I think that I am just going to get a new fan. After all of this, my sound card does not work.... PISS!!!!!! I'm gonna reinstall windows and see if that does...

For the second time this week, my T-Bird has acted like it had no cooling. One time it got up to 109C. I put some thermal grease in the imprint in the thermal pad that the processor made. After that my processor was then back to the normal 35C. Then just now it did it again! I quickly shut it...

Autoexec.bat Question

I have a Soundblaster Live! and I am having that SB16emulation IRQ Problem. If I uncheck the line in autoexec.bat that says "SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6" is it true that SB16 emulation will not load and I won't get that annoying beep when I am loading windows? What do I need...

Jeez... Don't you just love ram prices these days?

You can get 256MB of PC133 Micron for just $113 You gotta love that. I hope to have about a gig by next year unless I switch to DDR. I know that Windows98SE only supports 512MB. What about WinME?

Stupid Question can CD burner record DVD from my DVD player??

What does NO ICU mean in the BIOS?

I am trying to fix the sb16 emulation and A7V IRQ problem. I have SB16 Emulation on IRQ 5 and all the IRQ's in the BIOS are on Auto. What does the No Icu thing I see in the bios mean?

How do I copy an Office 2000 CD?
