we'll i have some raw formats of vcd's or dvd's in .dat format and when i play it its in 2 languages. 1 speaker plays one language while the other speakers plays the other language. when i try right clicking and changing the language i am unable to. does anybody else have a similiar problem?

well im using windows xp and i used to be able to save pictures as either jpg or bmp from internet explorer. but now i am only able to save it as a bmp with no option to save it as a jpg. does anybody else have this problem? and how did you fix it?
