Questions about stronglifts 5x5...

I just read up on the stronglifts program. It seems to be just 7 exercises with increase load and deload when needed. Overall, most of the exercises deal with heavy weights (deadlifts, barbell rows, squats etc). The whole point of these exercises seem to be the power lift of these heavy weights...

darn ... they aren't available at industry or burbank is socal for 69.99 ... just regular price of 199.99 I was planning on hooking them up to my onkyo (100w /ch 5.1) i think it would have been fine. You could always upgrade later.

what exactly is a cherry finish (is it dark red shiny finish?) are there any black ones? I've been waitin for these to go on sale for 59.99 ... 69.99 at the stores sound fine to me .. it'll beat my onkyo stock speakers (2x 4.25 mids and 1" tweater) plus i don't need a freakin speaker stand...

That's odd ... I'm pretty sure I average more than 5 a week. I have the 3 out at a time plan from netflix. It is annoying when you turn them in on a friday and you might not get one til monday and the monday one you return you get your next one tuesday or wendesday. I guess it does take more...

Don't install nVidia's IDE drivers.

I haven't had a problem with the nvidia ide drivers ... but i did notice that my computer slows insanely when i burn dvds ... i'm not sure if this is normal, but it takes forever to open internet explorer or any folders when burning dvds. How do i go about intalling the MS drivers? I tried...

Can't burn DVD?

Hey pple... I've been using my dvdr for some time now. Worked fine. Changed nothing but the video card (geforce2 --> geforce4 ti4200). I tried burning an image onto dvd (memorex dvd-R 16x media) the options show 2.4x, 2.0x, 1.0x and burning fails. Simulation fails also. Is there...

They cross shipped my RMA for the correct card. Arrived yesterday. Very nice of them. Only negative thing was that they didn't want to ship it to my work when i requested it. I wasn't going to be home to receive it. Other than that, everything was handled fine ... I'd give them plus rating...

Hot Integra I saw this morning...

i personally don't like the bumper and skirts ... and the lights ... I wouldn't do that to my doors... but some people like that kind of stuff... i'd probably spend the 4k and go FI or NA parts ... anyhow ... i drive a decent 03 corolla and rsx at least they did something they liked...

well you already know that ddr489 is what you are running... so that's your memory speed... all the bolded stuff is ... is telling you what it is running at without the oc ... so 150 is ddr 300 ... 200 is ddr 400 etc ... and than it says = X ... which is the oc value ... just ignore it ... some...

yeah .. 5:6 and 166 are the same ... they = .83 (5/6 and 166/200) 333 ddr is just 166x2 (cuz it's ddr) if you run @ stock the memory should says 333 ... are you running @ 293?
