The VIA Hardware monitor program that came with my kt7 raid will work with it other than it switches that cpu / sys temp. Try Motherboard Monitor or MBM, it pretty good too.
I had a duron 700 @ 1068 stable, it was running hot, like 47c, so I reapplied themal paste. When I put the water block back on I tightened it too much and snapped the lug on my kt7raid and crushed the core. so be careful with them
My gts is fine with stock cooling up to 245/410 at 250 or 255 core i get visual anomalies and lockups, if it runs with out locking up then go higher until it dies, then either add cooling of turn it down a little.
I'd like to see how my system stacks up to others and I want to see how many fps mine will do in q3 like they always use in the benchmarks but as I don't really play it alot I don't know how to do it. Thanks
I just bought a duron 700 and a ABIT KT7 RAID, and there is a little , what I guess is the thermal measuring thing, and its right in the middle of the socket and it is blocking the cpu from going all want to force it tthe way into the socket, What should I do??? I dont want to force it. Anyone...

Just use a screwdriver to short the pins on the mobo that the wires connected to. If still no power, I had a weird psu once that sometimes wouldn't work right and acted how you described, try removing the atx power connector from where it snaps onto the mobo and push it back on fast, that always...
