Oregon Welfare Recipients told to dive in dumpsters!!

I actually wouldn't mind going "dumpster diving" in the Silicon Valley... probably some nice stuff to be had in some of those. :) I was watching a 20/20 special a couple years ago where a guy was doing that very same thing and pulled out a NEW HP Color Laserjet... crazy! :Q
