I did a brief Google and it appears XION does not honor rebates according to a few forum posts. Antec EarthWatts PSU's have been $50 or less lately A/R and i've always gotten every Antec rebate i've submitted.
I put the Accelero S1 on my EVGA 7900GT KO and it lowered the temps to 34C Idle. Was running at around 46C. I did not use the turbo modules. For about $23 shipped I think it's a great VGA cooler.

Got mine last week and seems to be running great. Bought a E4500@2.2 CPU with the board and running it @ 3.2GHZ.
Painless mobo/cpu swap coming from a plain AMD 3200+. Only had to online activate windows and office after swap. No need for a fresh OS install thankfully.
Best S754 with a PCI-E slot i've used. Never had a problem with live update with the one in mine of my sons through. Great board if you want to get PCI-E with an old S754 CPU.
Did you uninstall the old drivers first though Add/Remove programs before installing the new drivers? Possible could be some older version dll files causing a problem.
I've seen post's in some forums that they sell used/refurb stuff without saying so in the product description . Refurbished would explain the 90 day warranty.

It runs hot but I have had no problems with it over a couple months 24/7. Black mirror finish and UV cables are nice looking. I notice no difference with no PFC then my older PSU's that had PFC. I paid about $90 then.
Bronze and gold is nomenclature for the Steam versions not retail. This would be the bronze if you bought it off Steam. It's 5 CD's with HL2, CS: Source and a quick reference card.
I used a dremmel to cut the window for the Antec case in my Sig(Pics).
Use painters masking tape and cover the panel. Draw you template on the tape. Go slow and steady following the template.

I use a Super Flower Fan master which works great. Controls 4 fans and monitors up to 4 Device temps with it's connectable diodes. It comes with different colored faceplates and the LED can also change colors.
My BFG 6800 GT OC temps really didn't go down much with the NV5 but it's sure alot quieter. I'm running mine @ 400/1100. I used the thermal paste that came with it.

Back on topic - I use Bittornado but i'm pretty sure you can change your ports used with Azureus. I'd recommend changing your ports being used. You also might want to try another browser like Firefox if your ISP goes through a proxy(AOL).
