    A ups comes with "KVA" rating, not "Watt". To get number of "watt" a UPS output. Multiply its KVA rating with power factor. E.g a ups 600 kva a ups with power factor 0.6 will give 600*0.6=360w. So, keep this in mind in case you are buying a ups.

    my answer would be a simple "no". I think normal user would never use all those ports available on them. <10% people install more than 32gb. And since cpu and gpu are becoming more and more power efficient every generation, need for more phases is becoming less important for normal OCers.

    i won't think RAM is going out of pc components list any time soon, or may be never. Ssd won't be able to replace ram. Normal pc usage performance depends upon random write speed,and generally ssd have only 40/82 MBps of random 4k read/write speed. So, they are not even close to ram.

    AFAIK, a 680 sli perform more or less same as a single 690. I have seen a lot of people using a 690 with 3770k, they reported no bottleneck or any similar problem. So, i am with crashtech. I think you are underestimating 3770k, it is a power house and can easily handle a 680 sli.

    I think sound card does make a noticeable difference in sound. When I used my steelseries siberia V2 with on-board audio, they sound lame and after adding up xonar dg, they really started sound. Now you get some feel, while firing those bullets and grenades.
