Yes, both the HDD are Sata ,
I meant to ask do we need two sata cables to connect two HDD or just connect Sata to master HD and only the normal grey coloured (flat type one) to the slave.

I recently bought a new HDD ,but I want to connect both my old and new HDD in the same PC, I don't know how to do jumper settings and also don't know if a separate SATA cable is needed.
If so how to make the new HDD a master and the old one a slave.?

thanks i learnt command prompt when i was in grade 10 a teacher taught us everything but i couldn't capitalize on that i know a great way of learning command prompt visualize the entire pc as an maze with ladders where correct syntax input leads you to the doors

I only 12/2 in my house is the stuff I pulled to outlets.15 amp breakers will trip if you pull over the 80% continuous load. upgrade to a 20amp breaker and 12 gauge copper.it's far cheper than buying conventional type circuit breakes and besides a voltage regultor wont allow you max up your pc...
agin my friends please don't do it yourself it's risky ,but in the unlikely situation that you are about to get rid of an old pc . try over clocking before that , it can work
over clocking a p c can make it faster and more reliable in the long run but is it worth the try ,, to that i say no
folks don't try it definitely not by yourself
if gone wrong it could distroy your pc beyond repair and a total loss
