Quad core is the problem, IIRC. There is an edit to a config file to make it only use 2 cores. I had this problem and it fixed it. Was what you tried to change in the ini file or something else?

I had Best Buy do an install when I was a teenager and needed it cheap. Fast forward a year and it was stolen from my car. The insurance company sent out a local guy to do a new install on-site and it was a night and day difference in terms of how neatly things were done.
I've got a 2014 Accord which is the first generation with a 4 cylinder DI motor. It's a great engine - very punchy for just a base 4 cylinder. Honda was late to the game with direct injection. I'm hoping they were able to learn some lessons from the other manufacturers...

Our condenser is up on our flat roof. It just sits on some wood and unistrut beams and it doesn't go anywhere. Plus there are parapet walls around the roof so that breaks up the wind somewhat. A city inspector checked it out after it was replaced and didn't say anything about it.

C&D tested my 2010 RAV4 V6 at 6.4 seconds for 0-60. It's pretty zippy for a practical car.

I was quoted about $1,200 when the compressor died on my 1993 Accord several years ago. However, that also involved converting the whole system from R12 to R134 so I'm not sure how much that would have added to the cost.
