Kaveri and Steamroller is have ARM CPU inside for security and I think Jaguar also has ARM CPU for security also. So I don't see why Xbox One and PlayStation4 chip would not have ARM chips..
That is correct even thought Jaguar can't go above 2ghz because its a low power chip, this is just the CPU its self.
Bay Trail most likely won't have the same single threaded performance as Jaguar since Intel does not want to damage its ULV products and Bay Trail GPU(the best one) would be...

GTX 760 is a bumped rebranded GTX 670, anyway for 500$ he could find and buy a brand new Radeon HD 7970 6gb and overclock it to actually match a 780.

Agreed, even if Intel would ever made a prototype the price of it would skyrocket and I can bet my elvis that AMD would do a much stronger chip for the same price.

Steamroller should improve multi-threaded performance by 35-40% since it has 15-20% IPC/OPS improvements in single/multi-threaded performance and also another 20% in multi-threaded performance since Steamroller does not...
Becaused it has esram it does not mean it will be good for games. Only if find a way to use it but then its still more expensive than GDDR5 RAM and less things are stored, the framerate in games will skyrocket and crashing on Xbox One when not properly used in certain intensive scenarios... 100...

Direct X is outdated, Open GL was never outdated. Why?
Because you can do everything on Open GL and create new stuff alone compared to Direct X that puts limits on you. Games on Open GL run better and look better, looking at Rage.
That's not a smart move, Kaveri and Steamroller FX are months away also you really don't want the competition to know what you have.

Simple calculation... I read couple of articles involving Steamroller and this is just an estimation of Steamrollers performance.
8 core steamroller will beat i7 4770k
6 core steamroller will beat i5 4670k and be close to i7 4770k
4 core steamroller will beat i3 4xxx and be close to i5 4760k
