its definitely a knock off, if samsung was selling this phone they would be out of business already. Tested my S3 booting up time versus it and my S3 booted twice as fast. Also it comes with 4GB of memory...dead giveaway. Trust me i would never sell this back to anyone unless i make the buyer...
