I dont have the slightest doubt that Intel can output dies that can compete with the latest and greatest ARM SoC in production (produced on a much cheaper process). But I have massive doubts the ratio of competitive dies / incompetitive dies is...
Maybe they should go back to the drawing board and design something that can actually compete. Like they had better done when they were hellbent on taking over the graphics market.
