    Cant load up Windows XP w/ Abit & AMD

    Can't seem to load up Windows XP Pro using Abit KX7-333 mobo / XP2100+ / Kingston RAM. I've tested the system with multiple memory and multiple video cards outside of the box. I can load up Win 98, 2000 Server w/ no problem. Just having a problem with Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    How reliable are the led mob indicators?

    Had somewhat of a same problem. Installed everything and got the LED's telling me the RAM was bad. I uninstalled everything and then installed it back in. Worked fine.

    If you return the board for replacement, you have to send it to the company you bought it from. Can't send it to ABIT directly. Usually it takes anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks for a replacement. Also, the replacement is going to be a refurbished mobo.
