Please dont do [redacted] clocks like 1150/1450 that most people do with their cards on that lightning, push it so we know what it can do :awe:
Ive been contemplating one

Who told you 1.25 is the most you can push Tahiti? And ... sigh. Dude, didnt you read the guide before i removed it? This is why i removed it, people dont read it and they still ask questions.
From my guide:
Ive been thinking about a Lightning too, but we'll see. Also from my observations 9/10 290s and 290xs will do 1300+ given enough volts (1.4 - 1.55v in GPU Tweak) so its not actually that rare. But you need the cooling for it. My 290p (Which i just sold :( ) will do 1310 in Sapphire Trixx with...
Please remove the 770 over my score, there's no way he can beat my 7970 at lower clocks. His IPC is lower, his RAM is slower. Everything. Why do you let this guy stay on the chart? He must've done something shady to achieve this.
Still does not make sense, because even at high frequency the bandwidth is a lot lower than a small OC on the RAM of a 7970 because of the bus width (7970 has 384 and GK104s has 256) GK104s max out at around 250GB/s while 7970 around 360GB/s... Something is not right.
Lower clocks and no tweaks, still top 7970 :D
Also, by these results. I cant help but think that the 770 guy has tweaked his score, a 770 with lower clocks AND lower IPC cant score higher.
Yea i understand you want it to be fair, and adding tweaks now would be too much work i guess.
What do you want me to do? Run a quick run on valley with default driver settings and set all i can to "use application settings" ?
Why do people buy 760s? As if those cards arent [redacted] as is but will be even more [redacted] now that basically all games will be optimized for AMD due to consoles using AMD... Just look at BF4; 780 is the same as a 7970 in that game...
Ugh people these days...
Warning issued for...
Yea, even when rendering only 60% of what my 7970 did its still slower. Not a BAD card by any means, but im saying you could've gotten a 7950 for the same price. Look at face2faces scores, its leaps and bounds in comparison.
HHmmmmmm, high asic usually scales VERY well with voltage. Try it out man.
BTW. You're talking to the new top AMD single GPU record holder on catzilla!
