No Blind Spot Rear View Mirror

They aren't too heavy so it shouldn't be an issue really. I know a guy that uses one, he loves it because it eliminates blind spots and acts as a second window shade in the middle of the windshield, haha.

Upgrading from a 2GB 6950?

Newegg shipped very fast or I would have cancelled and got the MSI card...oh well, no use crying over it. Right now I am just marveling at the size difference between by three GPUs from the 5750 to the 6950 to the 7950, holy crap.

Problem with Onkyo tx-sr606

Is your actual input on the receiver set to display HDMI?? I know on my onkyo I had to manually set my desired video input to HDMI. I have the ps3 plugged into HDMI 1, but I had to choose Video 1 (or 2 or DVD) and then use the control to set that particular video to source from HDMI 1.

I don't know, I remember seeing them often in the 50-75k range when I was a bit younger because it was my dream car in the early 2000s. They probably dropped a bit in the late 2000s but yeah, now they are getting pretty ridiculous. I suppose it is due to them being ended for a while.

I got the Sapphire 7950. Ended up being $260 after California's ridiculous sales tax and delivery costs. In hindsight, I probably should have just grabbed the $220 card and saved some money but I do feel comfortable buying the Sapphire Brand card. I am a big fan of them and MSI.

I think I will do that then. I have heard great things about the 7950 and I am not afraid to overclock a bit for the added performance. As long as it hits the $250 mark I can use that promo code and get it even cheaper.

How important is the quality of HDMI cable?

Yes, don't waste money on expensive digital cables. Just get ones that meet the current standard and if you care about looks go buy some heatshrink tubing or weave to dress it up.
