If you're not going to go to a 1080p monitor this videocard will be more than enough. Or this one if you would like 2 gig of vram.

Or this PSU Not as good as seasonic but $38 AR. Also get this monitor instead at $120 AR.

If you can stretch your budget a little bit, you can grab a 7970 for $260-280 after rebate. Last month, the Sapphire 7970 was $260 AR.

A couple weeks ago, both Sapphire + MSI 7950 was $178 after rebate. I'd rather have a card from one of those 2 manufacturers than PowerColor.

Help - Sapphire 7950 issues

Right click a youtube video and disable hardware acceleration. See if that helps.

I bought a Sapphire 7950 + 3 game codes for $180 AR with the V.me code about a week and a half ago ^_^.

Check to see if the V.me promo code still works. It takes 10% off up to $30, but you have to checkout using V.me. If that doesn't work, Newegg usually have promos like $25 off $250. Saw the 25 off 250 twice earlier this month.
