There's a newer version of the card with a different cooler coming out which is why. Check the image off their site:

Quick question - I worked as a 1099 contractor from 1/1/2006 - 7/21/2006. Ive already calculated out my expenses for my vehicle use etc up until that point. I am now a W2 contractor at the same location as of 07/22/2006 thru the end of the year.
The business address is not the same location...
Had one for about 4 or 5yrs now. I fly Delta primarily anyway so it works out. Never had a problem with the card at all. Only bad thing is the annual fee but with the Platnium you get a free roundtrip ticket Buy one get one free every year so it evens out.
It is definatly not a no win situation. Ask them to send you proof of the damage. Digital pictures etc showing that it is your system...serial number and all. And as everyone else said keep going up the food chain. No point in paying them money since you didnt damage your laptop
That's an old know problem that was fixed in the patches for Half Life a long time ago. Sucks it happened man....I hope system restore works for you but always always have backups of stuff.
It is legit...they lose money when someone completes enough to order one but make plenty money off the people completing offers that never complete their 5 referals.

I paid $75 for my Tevas. Comfortable as hell which is nice since they are all i wear in the summer. My last paid of sandals lasted me 9yrs so for $75 its well worth it.
